Im curious if anyone knows how much suboxone i should have been started off at-- Taking 140-180mg (about 45mg three to four times a day) of hydrocodone a day. I know what the docs are typically starting people on, but is there some kind of chart or conversion thats used to figure what i should of been inducted at? Or if anyone just knows what the theraputic amount would be for me specifically.

Brian I sent u a pq, it has some suggestions for some videos you can watch on YouTube that will help answer some of your curiosities. If you will go to your profile, click on questions and answers and then you should see a prompt saying my private questions , click that.there is a two part video from suboxdoc on YouTube explaining how suboxone/bupenorphine works, and he says as few as 4 mgs can work for a new patient. You have to consider one size does not fit all though, if you will look up suboxdoc and maple2609, and watch their vids, it might answer many questions for you. Just qwelling withdrawal is not always enough for.every patient to heal, the cravings have to stop, addiction should be obtained, support must happen, and lifestyle changes may need to occur.please do read my pq, there are some things that will help in there.patti
