Apparently 4mg hydrocortisone equals 1mg prednisone.

Marvell , may I ask, do you know if Hydro. can be bought in Pill , tab. , or Capsul form. I'm TRYING, to get off prednisone and not doing too well at it. Hydrocortisone appears as though it would be much easier to get out from under! Sacosam

Endo cut my steroids way back 2 weeks ago. She had me discontinue 25mg daily Hydrocortisone to 5?

Changed me to 5 mg Prednisone ONCE DAILY! I have Addisons and can hardly get out of bed. Has anyone else experienced this? So tired...
