It's hard to quantify fiber in the diet (in normal meals especially). You can take fiber with Glyburide.
Just as a general rule for diabetes:
Cut out all sugar, and simple carbohydrates. Talk food high in fiber. Even too much fruit, juice has sugar in it. Talk to a dietitian and they can help you with really good meal plans.
