How much codeine 3omg equals same as methadone?

you can google drug comparison & their is a site that tells you how much from one drug to another. but I would guess about 10 mg of methadone at the most.

I don't think any doctor is going to put you on methadone with a codeine addiction. Can you go cold turkey?? Your on a very low dose as far as abuse goes and you should be able to stop with only about 4-5 days of withdrawl. Going on methadone at this point would knock you on your butt... Good luckl... Dave

im afraid i cant tell u how much it equals but they will swap it for meth if you can not come off it alone i was offered that option but decided on a home detox instead as it was a better option n not swapping 1 addiction for another people do not understand how addictive this little pill is i start on monday so ill let u know what to expect if ya want x

If you are on very large amounts of codeine and are addicted to it doctors will and do prescribe methadone. This usually done at a clinic where you would need to attend everyday and take it whilst been watched by a doctor or nurse. I know someone who was taking 28 codeine (30mg) each tablet a day, you cannot come off this amount without very good support and with methadone or something similar.The best way to not ever getting addicted to this drug is NEVER TAKE IT unless really necessary.I hope this helps you.

no I'm not using codeine, just a couple of times for my back. I was just interesed to know. I am on the methadone program already, have been for over ten years. I would not and I don't even feel the codeine, as you would already know, I gather. I must of worded it properly. Anyway thanks for the answer. I do have another question to ask you later. Sorry I just sore what I wrote. I thought you may give me a proper answer if I said that. Sorry. I just was not sure who would look at what I wrote. Now I feel safe, and tell truth
