Our dental office prescribes a Kaopectate/Benadryl mixture for the relief of mouth ulcers.

Kaopectate does not contain Aspirin . The active ingedient is bismuth subsalicylate 262mg/15ml (Aspirin = acetylsalicylic acid) Hope this helps. (They are both salicylates)
