My mom is in a nursing home and I got a bill for $545; just trying to find out if the nursing home is ripping me off, or Glaxo.

I suggest you go and ask your local pharmacy what they would charge for the same Zantac prescription. The price sounds excessive. If that is the right cost there will be a cheaper therapeutic equivalent (the same drug made by another drug company) that your mother could try. Speak to your Pharmacist.
