How many ms contin 20mg would equal Opana 40 mg?

A 40mg Opana er (key word) would equal 6 20mg ms. contin. i.e., 40 Opana er=120mg ms. This. I believe to be accurate. I hope that it helps. I am fairly new here, so I have been reluctant to pontificate, but as of late, I have decided to jump in, with whatever info that I have learned along the way!
