According to my to my drug reference book, patients sufferimg from depression are started on 50-100mg initially at bedtime increasing to 150 mg daily with a maximum dose of 300mg/daily if needed. mainenance dose is 50-100mg daily. To answer your question I'd say 50-100mg.
