I couldn't find exactly how many calories in 2.1 fl oz but found the number if calories in a liter (so worked it out).

Pedialyte Freezer Pops Provide (per liter):
Sodium 45 mEq, Potassium 20 mEq, Chloride 35 mEq, Citrate 30 mEq, Dextrose 25 grams, Calories 100

1 liter is equivalent to 33.81 fluid oz.

Therefore 100 calories in 33.81 fluid oz, so 6.21 calories in 2.1 fluid oz.
