How long will take to eliminate 1 dose each day for 2 days of 20 mg adderall?

Adderall (regular release) has a half life of up to 6 hours. A drug is eliminated from your system after approximately 5 half lives, so 30 hours (1-2 days). Since your dose was 20mg for two days, it might take 3 days to get out of your system totally.

If you took an XR, it will take a week or more to get out of your system.
