How long will it take for keppra to reach a theraputic level?

Hi my husband has petite mal seizures and when he switched meds it took about 3 to 4 days before he noticed that was helping so it should only take a few days to come to full effect.hope this helps

It does take 3 to 4 days to enter body at full dosage level,but watch for side effects some people like me had psychotic behavier.

For a patient using Keppra (2000 mg/day) over how long of a period should it be phased out ?
