How long you need to take nabumetone will depend on what you are taking it for. Are you taking it for a chronic condition such as arthritis or are you taking it for an acute condition such as a sprain or strain?

If you are taking it for a chronic (long term) condition you will need to keep on taking it until your doctor tells you otherwise.

If you are taking nabumetone for an acute (short term) condition then you will only need to take it for the duration of your symptoms.

Hope this helps.
