How long should I wait to take naltrexone hcl (50mg) after my last dose of suboxone (N8)?

Seeing as Suboxone contains an opiate,as well as an opiate blocker, You should wait at least 7 to 10 days before starting the naltrexone. If you need more info on this, google PubMed Health and pull up naltrexone. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Take care and be well. Julie
