Sorry this question was not answered sooner for you but it may be helpful to others.
Assuming there are 20 drops in each ml then there are 60 drops in a 3ml bottle.
How long the bottle will last will depend on how much and how often you are instructed to use the drops.
If you are using 1 drop in both eyes three times a day (6 drops a day) then your bottle should last 10 days.
