I have pain for over 1 year, (comes and goes) , had laser treatment, rubber ligation fell off same night... had another laser treatment on tuesday and got analpram E, pain is gone at night time, cant walk or stay up more than about 40 minutes! shoud I use just when it hurts or try 3 times a day for a while even if it didnt hurt for a few hours?
How long of use before it helped? continue to use even after pain is better?

I would keep a barrier of the ointment at all times why wait for pain to start get a hold of it before it gets you. Had the same ligation done myself I literally threw up fom the pain It hurt for a long while from what I can remember. Hope this helps Hope you feel better soon.

I don't do NOTHING anymore! glad if I can keep up with the house! no pattern in pain... well, its mostly all the time! I will just use it 3 times a day from now on and hope for the best! its killing me, no more life, dont even walk my dogs anymore! laying down helps best :0(
If it isn't working and you are still having pain call you doc and ask him for something with pain medication in it. Lidocane or some type of numbing agent in the cream. Or maybe even some oral medication. I feel for you. I am serious I threw up it was so painful Have you tried Tucks pads or stiz baths Witch hazel. sit on a tube God I wish I had more answers.
