i have taken this product for 3yrs and premarin for 2yrs. before that when i had my hystorecomy.i was 50 and now i am 55.

It can be used long term ... but your doctor should evaluate you periodically to see whether you need to use it to control your symptoms. They may recommend that you stop it for a while to see if you get any symptoms.
