How long I cane use multivitamin with iron,i mean it is good always,or I have make pause?

You can use multivitamin and iron long term without any problems.

I take a multi vit and mineral that has Iron. I also add a extra Iron pill every now and then when I feel tired, etc. Every morning I take a B-Complex and a B-12. At lunch time the multi vit and min.And the xtra Iron at this time now & then. I am on warfarin. This gives me energy. I work full time.
