The lisinopril in Prinzide is responsible for the cough side effect.
Upon multiple dosing, lisinopril exhibits an effective half-life of accumulation of 12 hours. It takes 5.5 x elimination half life, for a medicine to be out of ones system. So lisinopril should be cleared in about 66 hours i.e. 2.75 days (5.5 x 12 hours).
The cough should finish in a couple of days after that so in about 5 to 6 days.
