Hi
It depends on the dose you are on but it usually takes two to three days.

At this time, tramadol (Ultram) is not considered a narcotic.

Why do you ask? Are you going to be tested for it? Or are you wondering if you are still under the influence of the medication?
Tramadol is known to have the effects of an opiate, it is a synthetic version.
Please ask more questions if you want
