How long does solu-medrol stay in your system. I have M.S. and just had 5 days at 1000 mg a day?

Solu-Medrol has an elimination half life of 2.4 to 3.5 hours, which is most likely independent of dose.

It takes 5.5 x elimination half life's for a medicine to be eliminated from your system.

Therefore it would be in your system for 19.25 hours (5.5 x 3.5 hours).
