How much you use and how often What opiate you are referring to would be good information to help

If you went out and sniffed Heroin one night and it was your first ever Than in 3 days you are clean as whistle
HOWEVER if you are a active addict and you are sniffing dope daily a few times a day supporting a full on habit well that you can look at possibly 2 weeks maybe more to get it all out your system and that is IF you kick the habit and can stay off it
