How long does naproxen stay in system?

I realize this answer is very late but may be useful in future.

Naproxen has an elimination half life of 12 to 17 hours.

It takes 5.5 x elimination half life for a medicine to be cleared from ones system. So it'll be in your system for about 93.5 hours (5.5 x 17 hours).
