If there's one thing I have experience with it's meth. I was married to an addict for 12 years. I know how addictive it is and the affects on the brain and body. Anyhow, from what I understand the average is 3-4 days for a urine test, longer for hair sample. Long term use leads to PERMANENT damage on the brain and teeth. It will destroy anyone's' life very quickly. It destroyed mine, and I wasn't the addict. Educate yourself on the effects of meth. I hope with all my heart you nor anyone close to you isn't using meth. Take good care.
