How long does it take to get hydromorphone out of urine?

Hydromorphone can be detected in the urine up to 3-4 days following use.

It depends on how much fluid you are passing through your body. To be safe, use the 7 day rule. If you can't stay clean because of withdrawals, find a doc that will give you Gabapentin. It is non-narcotic and IT WORKS. AMEN, BROTHER!
