No one knows for sure what the half life of Bethanechol is. Some people say the half life is 12 days so it would be out of your system in 24 days. This differs from person to person and so this is why the half life is unknown. Hope this helps. Good luck to you!

Thank you very much for your time. It does help to understand the effects of each drug on the body and how long you need to be watchful for the side effects

My doctor told me 3 days to see if medication is causing side effects.
