It can take a few days up to a week before your blood levels are steady. You should start feeling pain relief but you may not feel the rush or high/euphoria thing you feel when Norcos kick in. A long acting drug doesn't flood the receptors like a short acting one does so you dont feel that initial rush before the pain relief kicks in so some people feel like it is not working because they are used to feeling that rush of drug across the receptors. It should start helping your pain after a few days to a week though. If you have gone over a week and still arent feeling pain relief, you might want to call the Dr. He may need to adjust the dose a bit.
