Magnesium Citrate Solution is a laxative. It works by attracting and retaining water in the intestine, which allows the bowel to evacuate.
The time it takes to act can vary anywhere from half an hour to five hours.

i have read that milk of magnesia can be used as a facial wash to make your skin in the face to look firm. is this true?
