I took Avapro for 2 weeks and got muscle aches and severe pains,dry mouth ,night and day cold shivers and sweats, dark urine and feeling very tired and have no appetite.I have stopped taking it and would like to know when I will feel better. It is now 3 days and I still feel terrible.

Hey Michael,
It depends in part on how much you take daily. If you were on 150 mgs daily then it will take approximately 6 days to be eliminated from the body. Unfortunately you may have a few more days of feeling rough. Hang in there!! What are you going to do for the hypertension? Have you consulted with the doctor about your response to the Avapro? Might be a good idea to let him/her know you had a serious reaction to the Avapro and seek further treatment for the hypertension.
