I realize this answer is very late but may help someone later.
The observed mean elimination half-lives for iloperidone, P88 and P95 in CYP2D6 extensive metabolizers (EM) are 18, 26 and 23 hours, respectively, and in poor metabolizers (PM) are 33, 37 and 31 hours, respectively.
It takes 5.5 x elimination half lifes for a medicine to be cleared from ones system. So if we take the maximum elimination half life of 37 hours, it'll take 203.5 hours i.e. approximately 8.5 days (5.5 x 37 hours), for Fanapt to be cleared from ones system.
