How long does it take for diflucan to start working?

They start working as soon as they are digested but you may not notice much relief until they have been in your system for 24 hours.

I have been on diflucan many many times and I start feeling better by the second day. If your not noticeably better by the fifth day you may need to contact physician. I take it for vaginal yeast infections. Hope this helps.
