According to the product label at http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/drugsatfda_docs/anda/2001/75-796_Aviane-21%20and%20Aviane-28_prntlbl.pdf, it says seven days. A nonhormonal back-up method of birth control should be used during those seven days.
You can double check on the package insert that came with the pills.
