How long does fluconazole stay in your system? I note it states not to be used when pregnant?

Details:

I'm not pregnant but trying to conceive. If I was to take to fluconazole for thrush, how long would you advise to defer from trying to conceive?

Generally if you take a drug that may harm an embryo you should wait for a month before trying to conceive. You could always try a topical anti fungal vaginal cream or pessary. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
