How long does florinef take to work ? ie .raise low blood pressure. posteral hypotension?

I did research this and couldn't find anything specific in terms of how long it'll take for Florinef to raise blood pressure.
If you used Florinef for this purpose the please add your experience as a comment... if you don't mind.
