From 3 to 5 days even 8 in some cases. If she has a prescription, she shouldn't have anything to worry about. How long the lortab stays in her system depends on how fast her metabolism is, how many she takes and for how long she has been taking them. If she has an attorney, she should call the attorney and let them know she is having pain issues and is on lortab legally. I really don't think even child protection can hold lortab use against a parent unless it is illegal use or excessive for the problem diagnosed.
