I abruptly stopped taking escitalopram about a month ago, all dizzy spells etc have stopped but i'm wondering if there are other more subtle side effects that carry on for the weeks/months after coming off it, as i know this is the case with some other anti depressants such as prozac. Physically i feel fine but emotionally rather numb.
