I started with my first pill today and am very curious about how long it will take to feel it's affect. I am tired of crying for no reason, being moody, depressed, etc. I know I have PMDD and need a solution for the sake of myself as well as my family!
How long did it take for you to notice relief of symptoms once you started Sarafem?

Symptoms may start to improve within 1 to 2 weeks of beginning treatment. However, it may take 4 weeks or longer to feel the full benefits of the Sarafem.
