using zovirax lips are so dry and crusty, and they have been like this for 2 days with treatment and a antibiodic.How long does it take to clear up?

I get cold sores on the corners of my mouth, i use zovirax during the day, but apply a simple facial moisturiser to my lips in the morning and evening an hour before using Zovirax and this makes my skin much better. Unfortunately for me it can last about a week each time i get them
