I was diagnosed last year with lupus nephritis and have been on cellcept 2grams for the whole time. Is this nornal? When can I go on less?

Hello gitabucks, & welcome to the site. I also have lupus, but do not take anything except pain meds, because I am so complicated with so many diseases. I also have some renal impairment , but from what I read you should be at GFR of 25% before this drug is given. I am going to refer you to what I read. It is more for doctors, but this way you get the whole picture, not just what you read or here about it. If you get bored or don't understand all of it, read it anyway to get a better understanding of the tests & trials etc... They do give links too, where you can just go to side effects etc.. if you want to skip the doctor mumbo jumbo, but I like to know all about a med I am taking so I always read the professional side of it too.
