Olanzapine 10mg / lithium 900mg at bedtime and lithium 600mg 12 hours later. Major blackout happened around 5 pm. I never have had history of blackouts. Ive taken that lithium dose for years and 1 week on the olanzapine.
How likely is blackout to happen with 1500mg lithium carbonate / 10mg olanzapine per day?

It could be an effect of taking lithium and olanzepine together. There is a potential interaction ... please discuss with your doctor.
