How is Theo 24 CR 200mg any different than Theophylline 200 mg ER?

Theo-24 (theophylline) is formulated for once a day dosing (though it can be taken twice a day). Theophylline 200 mg ER is formulated for twice a day dosing (though it can be taken once a day).
