I was badly injured. My Dr. Prescribed me Fentanyl and Percocet. I used to be on 100mcgh Fentanyl and 10 Percocet per day. I had been cut back severely. First to 4 then 3 then 2 then 1, now she has cut me off and I am left bedridden. She tested my urine 3 times and no opiotes showed up even though I took all of my pills. She suspects me of selling the pills, but I am ABSOLUTELY taking every one. How can they not show up when I am taking them?
How is it possible for urine to be clean of opiotes?

It could be your metabolism. Faster metabolic rates flush drugs from the system faster. Also, urine is more concentrated 1st thing in the a.m. that is the best time for a uds. Do you drink a lot of water? Eat a lot of pickles or drink at least one beer each night? All of these can clean out your system rapidly.

I am still on the Fentanyl patches... and oddly enough they didn't show up in my system either, although the lidocaine and lyrica and Pamelor did. MY doctor did not doubt the patches because I had one on... and she could see the outlines of the patches I wore before. I had an accident that left me paralyzed, so I could not feel my legs externally, but the internal nervous system sent lightning bolts from my lower back down to my toes which resulted in spasms and extreme pain.
Well that is strange and I can think of no reason this would be happening. Is there a possibility of finding another doctor. If this doctor won't work with you anymore then I don't see that you really have a choice. The doctor your seeing doesn't have a choice either if the meds are not showing up in your ut. They are regulated by the state and can lose their license if not following the rules. I hope you find a solution soon. My prayers are with you.
