I am currently on Requip XL (4 mg) and because of the drug costs, it was recommended that I change to Mirapex. I also take Requip 1 mg because Requip XL does not help put me to sleep. The 1 mg helps me to fall asleep. Have other people had this problem?

Mirapex and Requip are both used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. They both work in the same way by stimulating dopamine receptors in the brain.
Everyone responds differently to medications and you will not know how you respond to Mirapex until you try it.
