How does pamelor compare to desipramine? Are they interchangeable?

both are tricyclic antidepressants both work on norepeniphrene and a little on serotonin. used for depression and also some types of pain. they are the same class and work similar but are different meds so i would not say they are interchangeable but i'm not sure what you mean by interchangeable exactly
