How does Lyrica and Loratab 10 work together? What are the effects?

Taking Lortab (hydrocodone) together with Lyrica (pregabalin) can cause increased drowsiness so be sure that you see how you react before you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert. Lyrica is an anticonvulsant but it also works to help nerve pain and Lortab is a short acting opioid pain reliever. Lotab will work quickly to relieve pain where Lyrica has to be taken for several weeks before you notice a difference. If the drowsiness is profound or you have decreased respirations you might not want to take them together at the same time but separate the doses by a few hours. Hope this helps answer your question.
