Carimune and Gammagard are brand names of immune globulin.
They are both sterilized solutions made from human plasma which contain antibodies to help protect against infection from various diseases.
The only real difference is that they are made by different drug companies.

There is no such thing as a generic immune globulin.
There are multiple difference between Carimune and Gammagard. Carimune comes in a Lyophilized form which requires reconstitution as opposed to a Liquid form for Gammagard. Carimune has multiple concentrations vs only one for Gammagard. Carimune contains sugar and sodium, Gammagard does not. The Immunoglobulin A (IgA) content of the Carimune is higher by 683 μg/mL.
