As both release endorphins. Is there a great possibility of my accidently curbing my desire to run as well?
I'm considering taking naltrexone using the Sinclair Method. I like the idea that it reconditions the brain's reaction to drinking. My big concern is that I may also accidently change my attitudes towards other endorphin producing activites such as running.
Is it just very careful planning? Any thoughts or experiences?
(Please don't advise me to ask my doctor, it's good advice.. but I don't have insurance)
How can I schedule my dosage of Naltrexone to only affect my drinking, but not my running?
