I have allergies, asthma, ezcema, arthritis, and degenerative disc disease. During the past year I've gain 40 lbs and developed cataracts. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis years ago. With the weight gain I developed the moon face, hump and enlarged stomach. After recent back surgery, I lost 14 lbs and most of the moon face. I had to have a cortisone shot in my knee recently and the weight loss stopped. I'm still in a back brace and limited to walking. The knee pain prevents much walking. So exercise won't be my answer for now.
I watch my diet very carefully and eat very small amounts, but the prednisone makes me hungry and I never feel full.
