A white oblong pill with the number 78 on one side, and nothing else. It's not listed anywhere and I see other places people have asked but could not find an answer. Anyone know? Could I take this to a doctor or someone who could Id it?

I searched for it found 78 on 1 side and 3 on the other.
What if you take it and it is an illegal substance, how will you explain, my opinion is that if the pill does not belong to anyone in your family, just get rid of it, flush it. You do not want to get in trouble if it is illegal, now with all due respect to you, you know the saying "curiosity killed the cat" , I do not mean to be rude of offenssive at all, just trying to help you, you looked , I looked and nothing, it is probably illegal, otherwise believe me I would have found it for you, but came up empty handed.-
Please take my advise and forget about the pill.-
Thank you and take care.-OK
