You need to explain to your doctor that you had adhd as a juvenile and you feel like you are struggling paying attention to things and people and focusing again. This alone should trigger the doctors mind to understand that you are struggling with adhd again. It never goes away it may have just stayed at bay and suddenly you are getting these symptoms again.
