How caffeine end headache (what is the mechanism) ?

Hello MRalbebash. The mechanism is within the substance itself. Caffeine acts much like sponge. It absorbs the pain that causes you to have a headache. How that works, would be far to complex for me to explain, but in short thats how it works. Many pain relief drugs contain caffeine, for the caffeine, added to a particular pain ingredient, in that pill or capsule, can help to over come a migraine, headache, or say a body ache or muscle pain.
